The state of Maharashtra celebrates Holi today with colours, friends, family and lots of food. However, actor Hrithik Roshan had a different Holi than the rest.
Hrithik Roshan opted for a fit Holi when he organized a tailor-made training session for his near and dear ones. The actor took to his social media to share a video of him and his friend and family working out. His children were also featured in the video. While everyone was lifting weights, Hrithik was seen casually playing tennis.
He shared the video and wrote, “No bell or bhang, just sweat and fun! A bespoke Holi morning workout for the whole gang by @swapneelhazare! Happy Holi beautiful people! How’s your Holi?”

Hrithik, is clearly a fitness enthusiast. He recently shared a video of his workout along with a note to his trainer, saying he couldn’t have been more satisfied, recharged, and more at peace with the process than he is right now.

The actor shared a video on Instagram, where he does some arm exercises in the gym.
His trainer is heard saying, “You got this Hri. Come on, let’s go, ride.
Hrithik wrote: “My friend and trainer Kris Gethin is traveling back to his home in the US. With 10 weeks to go for the completion of our 2nd phase, and 6 months of intense hard work already behind us, I couldn’t have been more pleased , more charged, more driven and more at peace with the process than I am right now.”
“And that process, by the way, has very little to do with muscles and more to do with the heart and mind. And for that I couldn’t thank you enough Kris. Thank you for the integrity in your work and the knowledge and wisdom you bring to the gym. The world needs more men like you, that’s for sure.”
“Honestly, I don’t know if I enjoy working with you more on the transformations or more hoping that a little bit of that passion and energy transfers to me. Farewell my friend. Onward and upward. And see you soon @krisgethin,” Hrithik added.
