Hollywood actors am Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly considering buying an eight-bedroom mansion worth $64 million.
The pair are believed to be in custody of the Pacific Palisades home after pulling out of a $34.5 million less expensive property purchase in the same area, Mirror.co.uk reports.
The prestigious location is part of an elite neighborhood where only the wealthiest in society can live. The new townhouse comes with a whopping eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It features an 800 square foot gym, professional media room and games room.
According to ‘Mirror.co.uk’, JLo and Ben can relax in a sprawling pool spa overlooking the canyon before warming up in their own fire pit. The property also has a separate guest house for visitors to stay, featuring a Japanese-style soaking tub.
Jennifer and Ben have been spotted visiting the property several times.

A source told TMZ that the couple has been visiting the home regularly to look for any changes they would like to make once the sale is finalized. They are also said to have given the previous property the same investigative treatment. The insider added that the couple will have no trouble paying for the $64 million mansion after Ben sold his Pacific Palisades mansion for about $30 million.
JLo is also in the process of selling her Bel-Air home, which is currently in custody with a potential buyer for $39 million.
